From Prototype to Production: A PCB Manufacturing Roadmap
A prototype proves your idea works once. Production proves it works ten thousand times. The gap between them is where good manufacturing partners earn their keep.
1. Lock your design with a DFM review
Before scaling, a Design-for-Manufacturing review checks track widths, hole sizes, clearances and panelization so your board is actually mass-producible.
2. Confirm materials and finishes early
Lock the laminate, copper weight and surface finish at the prototype stage so production behaves identically. Late changes are costly.
3. Build in testing
AOI and 100% electrical testing on every board catch issues before they reach assembly, protecting your yield and reputation.
- Quick-turn prototypes in as little as 24 hours
- Same materials from proto to production
- Scalable panelization for volume runs
- Full traceability on every batch
